How does missed call text back work?

Missed call text back sends an automatic text to anyone whose call you can't answer, within seconds, so they know you saw it and don't call the next company. It's one piece of a follow-up system that also replies to web leads, asks for reviews after each job and sends you a summary, using tools you already have.

Key takeaways

  • The first business to reply usually gets the job.
  • Review requests sent right after the job get answered far more often than ones sent weeks later.
  • Every workflow is documented and yours to keep.

How we work

How we build automations

Automation is our newest service. These are the rules every build follows.

Built on your tools

Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM and your phone system, so there's nothing new for your team to learn.

Tested before it's live

Every workflow runs on test data first. Nothing is sent to a real customer until you approve it.

Documented and yours

You get a short guide for each workflow and full ownership of the accounts it runs on.

Pricing

How much does automation cost?

Automation is quoted per workflow after a short call, as a one-time build with optional monthly support. The price depends on how many tools need connecting and how many steps the workflow has.

  • You approve each workflow's steps in writing first.
  • Software subscriptions are in your name and stay yours.
  • Support covers fixes when a connected tool changes.

Questions

Automation questions, answered

Which tools do you use?

We build in n8n, Make or Zapier, depending on what fits your tools and budget, and connect them to Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM and your phone system.

Do I need a CRM?

No. A Google Sheet works well to start. If you outgrow it, we can move the workflows to a CRM later.

Will texts come from my business number?

That depends on your phone system. Many business phone services support it; if yours doesn't, we set up a dedicated number and tell you before anything goes live.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Each workflow sends an alert when it fails, and the guide shows what to check. With a support plan, we fix it for you.

Is my customer data safe?

Data stays in accounts you own. We use the access you grant and you can remove it at any time.
