Map Peak Digital is run by Carlito Luaton. You can reach us at carlito@mappeakdigital.tech about anything in this policy.
What we collect
- Audit requests: the website address and email you type into an audit form, and which page you sent it from.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Call bookings: if you use the booking link, Google Calendar collects your name and email under Google's own privacy policy.
We don't ask for passwords, payment details or anything else on this site.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they find us, so we can improve the site. It sets first-party cookies and records things like the pages viewed, the device and browser type, the rough location (city level) and the referring site. Google Analytics doesn't log or store IP addresses, Google signals and ad personalisation are off, and we don't use advertising trackers. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on. Like every website host, Netlify keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
How we use it
Only to prepare your audit, reply to you, and follow up about the audit. We don't sell your details, rent them, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google Workspace handles our email and calendar.
- Google Analytics measures site visits (see above).
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that audit requests come from a person, not a bot.
They process your details only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to respond and follow up, or for as long as you're a client. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and limits what any page is allowed to load (only Google Analytics and Cloudflare's spam check are allowed from outside). Form submissions are filtered for spam before we see them.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
