In May 2026 the business ranked in the top 10 on most of its 133-point grid around Elizabethtown for "crawlspace repair", but in the top 3 on just 2 points, with an average rank of 6.86. Homeowners mostly call one of the three businesses in the map pack, so it was visible without getting the calls.
When "crawl space encapsulation" was first scanned in July, the business appeared on only 14 of the 133 points at all.
Crawl space repair and foundation repair were scanned on a 133-point grid in May. Encapsulation was added in July, and crawl space drainage and foundation drainage in August.
Site issues worked through in order of impact, then the site was audited again to find what was left.
Pages that no other page linked to were linked from the related service pages, so Google could find them and see what they cover.
Profile posts scheduled weeks ahead, so the profile never went quiet.
Every scan uses the same 133 points and settings, so the before and after compare like with like.
The home market is won, the next towns aren't yet. First scans around Fayetteville and Wilmington in October 2026 found the business on only 1 or 2 of 133 points for its main keywords, and "french drain installation" isn't ranking anywhere yet. Those scans are the baseline for the next phase.
